The LOKATOR VL30 is an efficient leak detector for production leak detection - suitable for refrigerant gases and H2 tracer gas. The base unit can be equipped with different probes and cables to perfectly match your application.
It is designed for quick and highly accurate leak detection on high-productivity production lines, such as manufacturing of domestic refrigerators, heat pumps or A/C split units. The ultra-fine leak rate sensitivity in the VL30 also enables the replacement of helium sniffers. The cost of helium tracer gas can then be replaced by 5% H2/95% N2, which is only a fraction of the cost of helium.
The unit gives a clear indication of the leak size and it allows an easy maintenance on-site within a few seconds.
