VULKAN do Brasil Ltda. has more than 40 years of successful experience in the development and manufacturing of power transmission solutions for marine and industrial applications with its couplings, dampeners, brake systems and backstops, as well as with its solder-free Lokring tube connection technology, mainly for refrigeration and air conditioning applications.
Our company has 200 employees and consists of our production facility of 20.000 m² ground area with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and fully implemented lean management principles as well as of our development and test center for industrial products, processes and applications. It is located in the city of Itatiba in the interior of São Paulo state, very close to the main highways Anhanguera, Bandeirantes and Fernão Dias, which gives us very fast connections to Sao Paulo City, Campinas, Belo Horizonte and São José dos Campos. We are also very close to Viracopos airport, from where we have excellent daily flight connections to all major cities in Brazil.
From out of our factory in Itatiba and our regional sales offices in Rio de Janeiro, Bogotá/Colombia and Queretaro/Mexico we serve our customers in the brazilian territory and in all parts of Latin America including Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean with quick, full support and tailor made competitive solutions. The combination of a highly qualified and motivated team of employees and the huge experience acquired during the last 4 decades with field instalations for all kinds of customer applications including detailed performance records, enables VULKAN do Brasil to offer its customers optimized, reliable solutions for a great variety of power transmission applications in the marine and industrial sectors, like Mining, Oil and Gas, Iron and Steel, Cement, Sugar and Ethanol, Pulp and Paper, Hydro and Wind Energy.
