DENFLEX - Rigid couplings for industrial applications
DENFLEX is a rigid coupling for uniform torque transmission. The tooth gear profile enables high torque to be transmitted even in the smallest dimensions. DENFLEX also compensates axial, radial and angular misalignments without generating high reaction forces.

DENFLEX modular design principle
Particularly suited to high torque in limited size and weight. The modular principle allows for many different versions of the coupling, so that the right solution can be found even for the most challenging applications.

The DENFLEX tooth gear profile
The tooth gear profile is the core of this coupling and the special DENFLEX design ensures minimum surface contact between the teeth. The tooth gear profile offers the following benefits:

  • ensures rubbing and the resulting friction on parts is reduced
  • increases the product life-cycle
  • compensation for axial offset possible
  • compensation for radial and angled offset possible
  • Complete sealing system prevents dirt from entering the gear teeth and interfering with the coupling


Suitable even for extreme environments
Standard lubrication on the DENFLEX is sufficient for operating temperatures of between -10°C and +90°C. Special lubrication is also available for more extreme environments. Thanks to the reduced number of components and the modular principle, the DENFLEX is particularly adaptable to individual requirements.

Sizes and versions
DENFLEX comes in over 30 different versions and 17 sizes, for fitting to shafts with diameters of up to 450 mm. Brake discs can be fitted on the coupling.
